ARTIST APPLICATION 2025

Art in the Park 2025 will take place on August 2nd & 3rd 2025.

Please fill in the following application by 11pm on 27th  January 2025, to apply to exhibit at Art in the Park 2025. You only need to indicate to us the type of stall that you would like, and there is no fee taken at this point of application.

• Bring Your Own Gazebo pitch fee 3m x 3m (£220) 

• Bring your Own Gazebo pitch fee 3m x 4.5m (£275) 

• Artist Village 3m x 1.5m with 1 x 6ft x 2ft trestle table & 1 chair within a large marquee with 3 other artists (£295)

• Promenade Open Space for under 25 years of age only 1x1m £45

• Promenade Open Space standard 1x1m £100

• Promenade Open Space large 1x2m £150

• Hire a 3m X 3m Gazebo and pitch fee £395

• Hire a 4m X 4m High Roof Pagoda Marquee and pitch fee £676

• Hire a 5m X 5m High Roof Pagoda Marquee and pitch fee £799

• Hire a 6m X 6m High Roof Pagoda Marquee and pitch Fee £960

• Additional fee for artists sharing Bring Your Own Gazebo spaces £20 per person per application (see below)

• Additional Table approx 1.8m x 0.6m £17

• Additional Chair £12

If individual artists wish to share a Bring Your Own Gazebo, each artist needs to apply individually. The cost of one artist is included in the prices shown above, any further artist will be charged at £20 per person. On your application form below, please ensure you include all names of your fellow shared artists, separated by commas with no spaces.

Each Pitch Includes:

• Space in either The Promenade, Jephson Gardens or Mill Gardens for August 2nd & 3rd 2025 attracting over 50,000+ visitors

• Sign with your location number

• 3 Images, Artist’s description and website link on our website with over 43,000 Unique visits

• Name in the festival printed program over 10,000 copies circulated

• Event promotion via our e-newsletter sent to over 9000 subscribers

• Extensive social media promotion of the festival on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

• Artist marketing and social media training day

• 2024 saw the largest amount of Art sales ever, over 46% higher than previous years.

Please note:

​

Set up will take place on Friday August 2nd  (time slots will be allocated) and take down will be from 6pm on Sunday 4th.
Each stallholder must be covered by their own insurance for the duration of the event.

Although there will be overnight security, goods left overnight will be at the stallholders own risk.

​

Every artist must have their own Public Liability Insurance and complete a risk assessment.

 

Successful applicants will need to pay their pitch fee to accept their place by March 15th 2025.
